- Assist in spousal employment – providing links to employment agencies and relevant industries or sectors
- We assist in placing your children and partners at the appropriate schools, colleges or universities.
- We have an in-house Registered Migration Agent ready to provide advice on migration issues and assist with securing an Australian visa.
- We provide relocation assistance to facilitate you and your family’s establishment in the Australian community, for example, opening bank accounts, applying for accommodation, and linking you to child care and pre schools for your children.
- These services are free to doctors and their families.
In House Specialities
National/International Education Officer
Thanks to our qualified national teacher, we can assist in placing your children and partners at the appropriate schools, colleges or universities, hobbies and vocational services such as dance lessons, language, sporting requests, or whatever interests your family may have.
In House Registered Migration Agent
The Director of Aster Medical Services is our in-house Migration Agent with an experienced, ethical and professional approach to migration. Jenny Ingloff is registered with the Australian Government Office of the Migration Agents Registry Authority. We have the legal right to provide advice on migration issues and assistance with the visa application process. This service is free for our candidates and their families.
Applying for a visa is complex. Without professional migration advice you run the risk of making an invalid application. This can have serious consequences for you and your family. It could mean the loss of substantial amounts of money, time, professional opportunities, or even the possibility of losing the right to remain in Australia and make future applications.
As a Registered Migration Agent, we are legally obliged to abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code details the professional and ethical standards for Registered Migration Agents.

Adopting a new country/place to call home. Everyone on our team shares the experience of having lived in another country other than their country of birth. While some of us are born here, others have arrived in Australia in the last two decades and can draw upon their own personal experience of what it is like be a new arrival in Australia. Having experienced the relocation process ourselves means that we understand people’s needs, whether it’s interstate or internationally.
